A butt/thigh lift/implant is a cosmetic surgery to enhance the backside by inserting silicone implants, as well as contour the thighs.

The surgery is done as an outpatient procedure using general anesthesia. The implant surgery involves making a small slit in either side of the crack between the buttock cheeks and placing the implants deep within the buttock tissue. General surgical risks include bleeding, infection and adverse reactions to anesthesia. Butt cheek asymmetry, shifting implants and excessive swelling are risks specific to this surgery.
